State bank of India, being a govt. bank is the bank with the worst staff and cooperation.
I dont understand why people still open their accounts with this bank.
Once I had to transfer my account to another branch, the staff lady was so rude, that’why don’t you bring complete documents, kaha se aa jate hai log". I was really angry.
No manners how to speak to a customer.
The procedures are too slow and time taking.
My ATM card used to get blocked after every 2 months and I had to visit the branch to make a request and again the long procedures.
Personaly so annoyed with this bank that, will never open an account here.
