Dear all Friends, Here I wants to share my personal experience about this bank.Yesterday I was 3rd time visited to Kalyan branch for my Passbook update. But the worst thing is that their is only 1 counter for that I was literally spend more than 20mins in Que for just passbook updatation and that is so irritating & wastage of time. Last 2 times when I visited their was printer problem.
So bank & their employees don’t bother about the costumes problems also behavior not good.Also the most of Banks ATM outside facing network problem or zero cash at railways stations & other sides.Also the according to customers counters was less and unorganized compare to other banking servises. So its my request don’t open an account in SBI its totally wasting of time.I am thinking to close my account.
