Hy guys, today I am sharing my review woth you about State Bank of India.this bank provide best service in compersion of other banks. and security to our currency. this is very popular bank and around 38% indians have acxounts in this bank all over india. but main problem with this bank is the processing of transection is veey slow. always 1-2 houra wait for our turn in the bank. no proper arrangement to coustomer service. and staff of bank also not peacefully talk with customers and not provide aduquate information about any question related transection. always waiting in ATM for turn. SBI provide best service for internet banking. but cosumer service not provided in well manner. they need to increase the arrangements for consumer satisfaction and proper training for staffs related to jow to treat with consumer
