Hello guys, I have an account with sbi since more than 6 or 7 years. I always use to visit there, but I am really fed with the service and the staff . recently I visited there for verify my signature but firstly I have waited 2 hours after filling the form even they are not providing you the letter I typed by myself and when I got my turn there they didn’t even find the stamp to approve it.
I went to the manager but the guy who have the stamp he is not in the office. after waiting so long the finally guy came and finally I got that signature verification letter. I am requesting all of you to mark complaint against them because this is very poor serive.if you are all free thn you have to go there for your work.really very disappointed with them
