This is the bank that has trusted for al long time and their the times has been changed as the new came into the exsistance the services provided by them are alot compared to that banks.
Though it is a trust worthy bank the features of today are satisfactory.
Other banks are excellent services, schemes, good customer care but these are lacking in the SBI.
When we want to have details of something in SBI there is no proper guidance by staff infact they also didn’t know correctly some of the things.This want to be improved.
But the availability of ATM facility is excellent we can find the ATM centres even in small villages and streets also.
Coming to the net banking and mobile banking also it stands far beyond the other banks they want to increase the options in these services.
