I have a account with State Bank of India with Branch name Narendra Nagar, Nagpur and the service which receiving from this bank is totally worst, it’s policies are not in favour of their consumers. Whenever I visit this bank to deposit some amount in my account I has to wait due to which my time get wasted as well as there passbook printing machine unable to read barcode pasted on my passbook which to bothering.
It has so many ATMs available in city, but that all in very bad conditions, some of them do not has cash and some has cash but stink badly& no ATMs security guard available with it.
It’s customer service is worst they even can not help to reset ou ATM card pin too and most of the time in call get disconnect in between call.
It’s phone& Internet banking is difficult to use and very slow, we even can not track any refund anything from this app.
