Their online Banking is best among other Nationalized bank. They link all your account under one umbrella, and the dash board will display the status of all accounts like Savings, RDs, FDs, PPF etc.
Online FD/RD can be created and closed anytime at an ease just like ICICI, HDFC or Citibank. But no service charges like the private banks.
But their Customer care(phone) is worst. The guys are least bothered to solve any problem and will often hang up the phone! Never expect any help from them if you are in trouble with Internet banking. All they can say in broken English "Please visit our branch for more information."
I dont know who operates these customer care, but going by my personal experience and the industry standards, its for sure they dont have any QCs or audit and are worst in the business.
