Hello friends I was using this and other banks from last two years. So I want to share my experience about these bank. let’s start.
I was using SBI phone banking from last two years. phone banking is realy reliable. Sometime it takes too much time. But overall phone banking performance is well but not satisfactorily.
There was a maximum atm was present in cities like Nagpur Pune Mumbai Delhi and more cites. In some time only five hundred and two thousand’s notes was present. if you want only hundreds note then we get trouble shoot at the time.
Overall atm availability is awesome and satisfactorily.
I was also using internet banking service of that bank. internet banking service is awesome and very reliable. there was no issues no bugs in internet banking service of that bank.

Customer service of that bank is good but not sattisfactory. at the bank agents and some helpers was not talking properly with customers.
Overall customer service of that bank is go recommend that banks to you if you want better atm availability service, very reliable internet banking and mobile banking.
