I deeply regret to say that the State Bank of India AT(N)M s( Any time no money) are the worstever I have come across and you are boasting yourselves that you are providing good services. I stay in padmanabhanagar area in Banglore and during weekends if I go to our ATM we see people cursing and banging the machine( as no staff will be available during that time to show their frustration). I have seen people literally fightling with the Branch Manager many times due to the utter failure of the ATMs.
It is of no use of having ATMs without cash as people withdraw more during week ends and during emergency we cannot wait till the bank opens the next day. There are 3 SBI ATMs in a radius of 3
kms. I do not find any cash when I go to either of them.
I hope atleast SBI will gear up in the near future.
