I have opened account in sbi before 2 years from sbi intouch. They opened my account in just 15 minutes and I have my debit card on hand at that time. I was happy and I choose nearest branch as home branch of sbi, my passbook was in my sbi bank account in 3 days but because of poor customer service they took 7 days.
I believe that sbi is very good in internet banking atm service and phone banking but when u visit the branch even in common days it will cost u 3 or 4 hours because of crowd & slow service there
As it comes under govt. They didn’t give us proper respose
And now I want to change my internet banking mobile number but becouse of 500 & 1000 rs notes are banned they have stopped all other activities.
And I can’t get my work from other branch of sbi because they said go where is your home branch only they can do your work
Sbi is most popular bank of india in world wide thats why in this bank maximum peoples are having their account so if we have some bank job to do than yiu have to take lease from the job even in common days.
I would never recommed sbi because of his poor customer service and lake of management
