Customer handling is poor

Friends I am sharing my real experience with sbi bank that how I get fooled by them. Their customer handling is very very poor because they never handle their customer with care and dont solve their problem at time.few monts ago I lost my debit card so I call at the sbi tollfree num who can deactivate my card then they deactivate it after that I visit my branch and ask them to give me new card then madam said please fill a form for new card then I fill it and give it to them after few days when I dont get my card received at home I asked them what happed ? why I had not received my card yet? Then the again asked me sir please again fill form we will try again then again after few days same process happened I dont get my card then they again ask please fill the form .then I give complaint letter to manager then finally they solve the problem then after total 4 month I received a card which is a gold debit card not a normal card so they dont kno how to get the problem solve in right way they just want to solve the problem whatever the way is. Tottaly poor service
