The current balance is showing as 1, 27, 754 and maturity amount is showing as 1, 29, 652 after 2 year 11 month at interest 6.25 which is a system glitch.
The system was showing wrong interest calculation. I visited branch and they said calculation is correct because its machine calculated.
I am not sure if branch employee knows interest calculation(branch code - 1434) OR they don’t bother to answer customer.
I contacted helpline number, they advised me to contact branch and branch officials are always rude to customers and branch said its not their issue. and obviously they don’t provide in writing.
