1)Time consuming:
I opened a tiny account in SBI branch and they opened my account within 7 days and I got ATM after 40 days later and got PIN from branch after 2 days. After getting card I surprised that I can’t pay online through this rupay card. And I also very surprised when they don’t know about this. Great service.!
Then I go to UBI and applied for a savings account, they complete all the process within 48 hours, after 2 days I can make payment through that card.
2)Worst offline service:
After that I want to convert my account from tiny to normal account. I faced lots of problem for this issue from bank about 3 month. I was going to the branch several times, sometimes there Manager not present, sometimes they told me it’s not possible in offline, sometimes they get some documents etc lots of issues I faced. Each time I have to be in line. You will be surprised, till now I can’t convert it. Worst and worst service from branch officer. Other banks are far better
than SBI.
3) some positive aspects:
ATM facility is better, because lots of ATM available.
Internet banking is average, Axix, UBI is far better.
