India’s largest bank State bank of India is enrich of its wide network, backed by people amd nation. Recent merger has gained in widening its service. Now its rich in branches but service is worst. SBI is exploiting by charging its customers at large. The charges are high especially minimum charge maintainence. I am one of the billion unsatisfied, exploited customer by there high charges. Its not the right way of treating us. Same ATM is more like a poison given rather than service. Hope they make a change. ATM are available but cash is not. If they really care please charge from your Branch employees for not filling cash. Phone Banking of SBI is not upto par. ATM Availability with a working or cash filled machines are comparatively less. Internet Banking is decent but it has little role to play. Customer Service is the worst.
