"Im sharing this as someone whose father works at UCO Bank Head Office 🙏, so I understand how important customer service is in the banking world. But honestly, my experience at certain State Bank of India branches 🏢 has been very disappointing 😔.
Many times, Ive noticed staff behaving in an extremely rude 😡 and lazy 😴 manner. Instead of welcoming and helping customers 🤝, they often argue 🗯 or speak in a threatening tone ⚠ making people feel uncomfortable rather than supported.
A bank should be a place of trust, guidance, and respect ❤, where customers feel valued. Unfortunately, in these cases, it feels like dealing with arrogance instead of professionalism 😞. This not only damages SBIs image but also breaks public trust.
Through this review, I sincerely request the respected SBI Chairman Sir 🙇♂ to please take strict action 🔍. Proper training, regular monitoring, and accountability can ensure customers receive the dignity and service they deserve.
SBI is one of Indias most respected institutions 🇮🇳, and I truly wish to see it shine again not just in numbers, but in the way it treats people 🌟."
