I am a old customer to this bank. I have opened my account since 10 years back. I get internet banking from this bank. And then get ATM also.overall their response to the customers good.Recently I went to bank to link my mobile no to the bank account. I asked the clerk to give the particular form. He said to me to buy that form outside. Them I went to the shop which besides the bank. They said the cost of that form is 10 rupees. I was shocked.Then I complaint to the PO. He replied there is no forms wait few days we will solve the issue.After one month me & my friend went to the same bank. They replied same. then I understood the are buying that forms and get commission from the shop owner.Not only this even they sell the withdraw froms also.i can’t say there is so fraud in our bank.I can’t digest that situation.then I complaint to the authority. No response.Friends please tell me what can I do.
