I have requested SBI, Hennur Cross Branch for a new SBI debit card. Its almost 3 months done. Whenever I go they say they were pretty busy at work. 2 Weeks before I had gone there and gave them another request. Lady staff told me SBI Credit card will be delivered to my home whichever the address mentioned in the Aadhara Card. I waited for 1 week and did not get any card. Next week I gone to Branch again enquired about the SBI debit Card and this time lady staff gave me India Post Tracking Assignment Number. When checked India Post Tracking Assignment found it was delivered back to their main branch. Staff told they don’t know how to get the debit card in such case
No doubt, SBI india is world’s most worst bank. It is good for only bank staffs. I would say we need to privitize all the bank and they give very good services to the customers. These staffs are simply useless and they are there to get govt salary
