I have saving account of STATE BANK OF INDIA since 2.5 years. According to my personal experience they are providing good service to their customers. I am very happy with my account in this bank. They have good facility to TRANSFER MONEY to anywhere. They had opened outlets of their banks for transferring money. We can easily transfer money from their outlets; there were no rush, so we can save our time. Only one think is that they are charging lot for it.
They are charging RS.60 for transferring Rs.1000 which is very high, but no problem overall it is good facility. They have INTERNET BANKING, MOBILE BANKING facility which is very easier to customer for everything. They are giving loan to WOMEN in less interest rate. We can get our BALANCE status as well as MINI STATEMENT on our mobile through message; just we have to give missed call on 9223866666. They have their ATM’s everywhere even in town also.
They have TOLL FREE number for customer on which we can get information. I am very satisfied with their customer support. Polite and skilled executive they have. I think people should open account in STATE BANK OF INDIA and take benefit of everything.
