In our country every one respect elder ones, government supsidiced their rates for them RBI declared senior person must not hasitate, various facilities they have.
In banking sector SBI is ruling other banks. The have grown EGO and today we could see huge queue inside out of the bank and its ATM’s its not only because bank have large number of customers but they are unable to handle this much of cust... In my city I observed and felt shame with some anger This Bank Must have a lesson. This bank is giving lot trouble to their cust. no one is here to listen to this.
Govt. of india gave authority to the bank to pay pension to Govt. X-Employees and Rajiv Gandhi Niradhar Yojna.
The bank employees are thinking they been as god to them, those simple people comes to them with pleasure and they have to take trouble in banking transactions.
Not in this thing but we could see that Bank Delays into their every transaction and in every thing, if a person want a loan, in first application the bank rejects them.
In cheque Clearing they say "What we could do, we are few to handle lot of burden, We are unable"
Don’t you think RBI must see on this. These are fake promises....
