The worst bank I have ever came across. They have such pathetic services. I went to the bank like 4 times just to get my no changed and still somtimes while making online payments the otp goes to my previous no and this has become such a pain. Not only that now have started some inadequate online otp service in regards an account holder has to download the other sbi app in order to get the otp of online transactions but if you doesn’t you won’t either get the otp’s or you’ll get them post the session is expired.
To do neft is itself a big task with its net banking handle. It doesn’t accept beneficiary easily and by luck if it does it will deny the transaction giving some nonsence reason related to your netbanking handle.
It has all the possible annoying services going on to irritate there customers.
I would never recommend this bank.
