TATA SBI credit cards -Worst ever services

Firstly, I would like to curse the moment I choose to have this stupidest ever card when a agent at CROMA literally fell to the knees and requested me to apply for the card (TATA- SBI), I had never realized the crap I am getting into . With the word TATA attached I thought it would be good but now I am sure that it has the most idiotic, tailor made dump, time wasting, non helpful services, with the most unreliable unprofessional stupidest, too shallow customer services.


From the last 2 months, I have been following up with the customer services for my credit card statements, but in vain . And here comes the most amazing hilarious part, its a 24/7 customer service, but no supervisors available after 6pm. And choose the option for English, believe me, u will have the shock of your life. Some illiterate person with a funny accent will serve u as if you didn’t pay his last 2 months salary . You will be promised a solution in 48 hrs, and a call back from the supervisor too, but do not forget to ask- Which Month????? because I am still waiting even after raising a complaint around 20th in the month of May’13. And have continuously been following up on the same, but in vain .


Last interaction with some so called supervisor Rachna who said that she will be handling the complaint, from the # 0124 3045881, who also tried to communicate in English, called me on 10th June (20 days after the complaint was raised) and again promised me the stars and the moon, a solution in 3 days, and the undisputed delivery of the statements in 1 week and going forward .


I admit my mistake - I again forgot to ask --- Which Month ??????,


No follow up from her after that, I called her up again today(25th), told that the 1st problem still persists, and that I did not even get the statement for this month even .


The biggest shock was yet to come... She shamelessly connected me to some cheap BSA courier person and asked me to follow up with them by my own . Leaving me to the mercy of the courier people, she did her best she has been trained for--- Dragging her feet off the problem and pass the buck . BRAVO ... shame on you...


I am again waiting for a solution from the courier company, whose executive suddenly, after delivering the statements for the last 1 year, are not able to find my address now. Or I should say they have not being trained on how to ring the bell of a house and get the gate opened, maybe they have been delivering the statements to some low class areas only, , , as that is what this card (TATA - SBI) is actually meant for .


Now with no other solution, in next 3 days, I am forwarding all my call details / emails with no reply/ no solution, the names and the numbers to a news channel so it can be highlighted at the best, and atleast the people who are planning to apply for this card, stay miles away from it . And also putting a complaint in the consumer cell for all the harassment faced.


Nothing more to say. BUT TATA - SBI, u people are really too shallow and low, I should say C class in D category .


Again SHAME on u all.

Rajeev kochhar. Now that stupid rascal Ranjana # 0124 3045881 calls me up again and asks me again what happened to the statement of May’13... can u beat that , , , ,


I think the TATA SBI  HR should recheck her credentials, the kind of tone she has and the level of understanding she possesses , makes her fit for the role of a stone breaker at the Aravallis, not at the customer services, , and that too a supervisor, as she says... I doubt.


Any1 can call her regarding anything and check the level of skills she has...
