SBI was the first bank where I opened my savings account. To be honest, the experience was not that good since there are always queues at the bank. Also, my card got lost, then it took a month for it’s replacement. Furthermore, SBI do not offer any fund transfer after 8 p.m., not even IMPS. If you’ve got any problem with your account then you need to take a off from your office to make it up to branch and get it fixed.
Once I had a horrible experience, I deposited 5000 rs through Cash Deposit Machine and there was hardware failure so I got my money back after 15 days!
The only perk it gives is, zero balance facility but that too will be gone with effect from 1st April 2017.
