SBI is really good as bank because of many of governancial services are link to it So thus it have many of accounts and Its e-banking services are Just really goodSO , The thumbs down I considere to give it should have are because of -BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE : when its turn banking physically It’s really bad , The Officials are really uncaring , I can’t even know to whom I should do work with , whenever I go for some help and guidance from them they don’t care, just waste time . It on their wish if they have to help me or not.CASH DEFECIANCY : At ATM’s it’s just our luck if I have found cash in ATM here . Most of time they are cash less n Messed around with teared slips and dusts.BALANCE DEDUCTION : Sometimes Donot know why my balance gets deducted, I have tried to ask in branch but no help .Fed Up with these kind of services .
