A bank with best policies and much upgradation.

I am a customer of State Bank of India since 2014. So its three years now. Faced a lot of problems on being a SBI customer. I am a customer of kadirabad branch darbhanga which at that time that is in 2014 I found to be most worst branch of SBI. The problems which I faced there are-

  1. Link fail when needed the most for making a draft,

2 .Long Que

  1. Only one person for cash deposit and only one for cash withdrawal even after there are 4 counters available.

But in 2017 it upgraded its system . It started token system which reduced the size of Que and also time to resolve my issue.


The android apps for online transaction are quite easy to use . So it saves my time.


Internet banking is upgraded to. In a fraction of time the email is sent to registered email if there is any type of withdrawal or deposit.


However customer service is little bit disappointing because it takes a lot of my valuable time whenever I call them in emergency or requirement.


Still one issue that persist is the closed ATM machines or ATM running out of money. Hence most of times we have to travel a long distance to find a working machine where I can find some cash.
