I am a government employee in West bengal. So I have to operate my banking services through state bank of India salkia branch. It is the worst bank I have ever seen. the employees there take it for granted. it takes almost 2-3 hours for any if your work get done.
I rarely go to the bank to get my work done. No client management at all. Highly disappointed with the service.
Most of the times the atm and cash deposit machines are oug if order. If you think I am right then please like my comment. Hope its useful.
