I had an experience that one day, when I went to bank to get password for my debit card. One employee rudely questioned me why didn’t I came on time?
The worst bank I have every come across in my life when a customer is being scoulded for an invalid reason. This is not the only incident but many times the staff in SBI had a very bad attitude towards the customer. Many a times when I went to bank they often refused to even update my passbook. Hoping to see that there will a change in the service of the SBI.
