I don’t have any account with SBI, still I can say that this is the best bank we have currently. My wife banks with SBI. I have an HDFC account. Hence I can tell the difference.
She gets bigger ROI, I don’t.
She gets less finance charges on cards, I don’t.
She can easily find an SBI ATM nearby, I don’t.
She gets the cheaper rate of interest, I don’t.
She has a trust on SBI, and I don’t trust HDFC.:-)
So final conclusion is - Whatever facilities you get from a private bank, you always trust the centralized / government bank. And among the banks we have under government, SBI is the BEST.
