Though SBI is the top most nationized bank in India with widely spread network of its branches across the country but the level of its employees is still in the state of the old lethargic days of Babu Raj- they are not as efficient as we see the employees in private banks as well as they lack the customer friendly attitude. Moreover at many branches staff does not well informed about the latest e-services State Bank of India offeres such as recently introduced E-Collect service for recieving online payments etc. I think this lack of training and knowledge about their own services is very disappointing.
