POOR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS

I have an account in state bank of india and I can simply say that I have had a really poor experience from this bank. It offers really poor service to its customers. I am writing this review based on my personal experience of having an account in this bank.


this bank has a few positives like


PROS:


ATM AVAILABILITY AT ALL PLACES: This bank provides atm services in all corners of my city and even in the most remote areas of my city have atm of this bank


but it has a lot of negatives about it like


CONS:


1.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: This bank offers really poor customer service. I had to come to the bank a number of times even for the most simplest of things which could be solved in minutes




  1. POOR INTERNET BANKING SERVICES: Net banking experience is also poor from this bank as the site usually crashed or there were other issues frequently while using net banking




  2. POOR PHONE BANKING: The phone banking services suffer from the same issues as that of the internet banking and these services are not up to date






I would recommend everyone to AVOID THIS BANK!
