Im account holder in SBI branch and my issue is with the records administrator, who does not give appropriate reaction to the clients. Lost my ATM and connected for another one.
When I have credited 20000 into my record and went to the bank for with drawl. As I wear not have the ATM I have composed a with drawl structure and as a result of more sum the agent instructed me to get it marked by the records director.
Accounts administrator asked my points of interest and checked the mark and everything is done, at last the supervisor asked me how could you have been able to you get this cash into your record, then I said what the heck youre talking is it the way you react to the clients and he made that an issue and quit giving me the cash then I let him know I have credited the cash from the same branch and why didnt you make the same inquiry at the season of credit.
Prior to this issue I have gotten some information about the new ATM which was connected 1 month back, then he said it was got wiped out and pay again we will send it I have contended with him. After that for whenever I went to the bank he again contending with some other individual and notwithstanding chastening him.
My solid counsel is please change those sort of individuals from that position.
