I had my account with this bank from last 8 years and at that when I opened my account there they have lot of bureaucracy kind of administration n procedures for everything, n for that they used to take a lot of time in everything but from last 3-4 years I have seen a drastic change in this bank .
They have changed their working style n also have done all the procedures online like net banking n all , it saves a lot of time for customers n even their staff have changed themselves accordingly. Nowadays they altogether working better than any private bank as well
