In November 2017, I was seeking to apply to education loan of SBI. So I went to the SBI branch in Industrial Area, Aurangabad. There after waiting 1 hour I met their representative and asked him to tell me the process to apply. I then availed their education loan of limit under 4 lakh rupees and at the time of the disbursement of the loan amount I came to know that their idiot representative had entered the amount greater than 4.5 lakhs so due his mistake I got to suffer to my college admission.
Then I went to the senior officers of the bank and personally told them the matter and requested them to correct my file while doing that I stood in front of them for 1 and a half hour and theu did not even offered me a chair to sit. They treated me as I am a beggar and I am begging them to paye from their own pocket. I can say that this is the worst branch of SBI in India.
