State Bank of India(SBI) is one of the Worst Bank in India. SBI’s staff very very Frustrated. They only work for Salary. SBI is not working well because of its Staff members who have bad attitude.
Last Month I went several times to State Bank of India’s Hamirpur(HP) Branch for getting new Debit Card. I asked one Man who is playing Game on this computer that, " Sir I want to apply for new Debit card, can you please tell me the procedure", he told me that, " You have to be to Counter No. 11 or something, they will help you regarding this." So, I went there and I saw that Counter No. 11 is for’Cash Deposit’ . Then, I asked another man who is working for men and he told me that he don’t know. So, I asked a Peon, and she gives me a forum But It is not a form for Debit card, It is for Draft .
That day was worse day. Then I Come home and next day I went to ICICI Bank and open a new account there just in few minutes and they also gives me a debit card. I was very Happy with the services of ICICI. I’m also a Customer of Punjab National Bank(PNB) and It’s Services are little bit good but SBI’s Services are very bad.It is Government Bank I think, thats why It’s Staff are workers are very very lazy. Ladies staff of PNB always talks about nonsense matters and Gents are Frustrated.If you are thinking to Open an account at State Bank of India then my Advice is that don’t go there just open an account at some other Banks Like ICICI, PNB, KVB etc But Not SBI, and Specially not at Hamirpur(HP) branch.
I send some Emails to My SBI branch but no reply comes. SBI should Have to change there Rules which are made for there Staff and other worker because Most of the Customer of SBI are Very Disappointed with SBI’s Services.I would like to tell SBI that next week I’m going to there Bank for some important work. If this time they don’t help me regarding my work, I will definitely Deactivate my Account.
" If any SBI’s Staff member reading my Review Kindly Contact me or send me message I will tell them every bad things about there Bank. "Say No to SBI if there services remains same but it they introduce some changes then it is good for Customers and also good for them
