SBI- POOR SERVICE & IGNORANT STAFF.

Hello guys,


Let me tell you, I have two saving account in State bank of india one is of my father and other is mine. We are seriously regretting for the choice what we have made. SBI has the most ignorant and unqualified staff and technical support in banking system.


Most of the ATM are not working properly after so many days of demonetization and we all are suffering for that. Some ATM’s are working but they dont have cash.


They have very poor user interface as compare to other banks. State Bank Of India’s website server failure is very often, now used to it.


Most important thing, Customer Service is highly annoying for the customers. Their customer care executives do not provide the proper information and guidance to us as required rather they are really ignorant and unresponsive to customers. They provide basic service to customers like as they are giving some privilege to costumes.


A BIG NO TO SBI! NEED TO INPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
