Hello! I am Tanudip from howrah and I am a account holder in this bank. Today I share my personal experience with this bank. Sate bank of India is a govt. bank, It is the one of the bank which has huge account holders than other banks. The banks service is too fast, its net banking, mobile updet is super. The bank’s atm facility is avarage good. This main interesting thig is easy and fast transaction.
But the bad thing is its customer service. The employers always try to ignore customers problem and they avoid them.
But there huge customers and every customers have a problem but they did not solve it, and avoid them. There are too many pension account holders if they caught any problem but the employers did not solve it and harass them. It is not good for any bank.
So I suggest that it is good but its customer service is bad.
