I have opened a savings account in sbi bank in 2012. Since I am maintaining my account in sbi. I never faced any kind of difficulties during in this 3 years. All credit goes to the customer friendly staffs. They are really very helpful and cooperative. Recently I take a loan from them which has been approved in 12 days after submitting all relevant documents. The bank manager is also very helpful, he personally address the customers regarding banking problems. Recently Sbi has opened an E-CORNER in our area which is a gift for us. Now we don’t have to wait in lines to update our pass books and don’t even wait to deposit and withdraw money. Everything is now become very easy in e-corner. Sbi is well known for its simplicity and customer satisfaction. I personally like sbi. Regarding SBI my satisfaction is in the fullest. Thank you.
