Worst Customer Service Representatives

I had called the CSR # to generate my TPIN, and the experience and the amount of time I spent was incredible. The people do not speak good english, do not have complete knowledge of the product or services. After 45 mins of effort and trying to call many times to reach different people, finally was succesful to generate a TPIN.


I had an other query on the same call. I called to find out the status of a cheque, which I had issued from my account few months back. One guy says he can’t access the information and hangs up.


An other lady says she has no idea and says I should try the branch instead.


One guy said they can access only ATM debit cards and queries related to them.


Weird experience! I will strongly recommend NEVER BANK WITH SB
