I have had an sbi account for maybe 5 years now but im going to discontinue these as I had a horrible experience with one of the staff in the counter. I went there to deposit my money in my account and she was busy talking in the phone and she was trying to do her work while still talking in the phone. So I being worried about my money humbly requested her to do her job properly as she might make a mistake in entering my account number and I as a customer would have to suffer if she made a mistake and I might have to go again and again solve this problem. To this she simply replied I know what im doing dont teach me how to do my work and this was just a starting as it ended up in an argument and both exchanged words and I ended up taking the money from her not depositing the money. So it was a horrible experience for me.
