I have my and my family’s saving account in state bank of india, vaishali nagar Mulund west branch. Their is only one bank in vaishali nagar so lots of people have open their bank account in the bank.
But service provided by SBI is very bad. At vaishali nagar Branch if you wish to deposit your money then you have to waste 1-2 hours in the bank because their are 3 windows in the bank to collect cash but at all the time only one window is open and remaining two windows remain closed.Because of that their is very long Que outside the bank and people have to wait in those long ques.
When I told to the branch manager about this issue he told me that their is shortage of employees.It is Almost now 2 years have passed since the opening of the bank and still they have the same problem and same excuse.
Their is also problem with their ATM because in week 3-4 days ATM is not working.And next nearest ATM is in 600 meters distance, so it results in wasting of time and energy.
In today’s time people value time more than the money and if they did not value peoples time then they will lose their lots of loyal customer.
SBI is India’s largest bank but if it wants to became the world’s largest bank then they have to give real attention on their service otherwise lots of private sector banks are in the race to take over the position commanded by SBI.
