The bank has minimum staff i.e. they are handling maximum number of customers per counter clerk when compared to any other bank in this country. they are mostly dealing with illiterate customers who actually increase the work load by way enquiries and faulty approach. there are many SBI ATMs when compared to any other bank yet you will see big ques because the customers dont trust other banks ATMs.
I agree that top management is blind to the needs of the branches but the staff are excellent at the branch.
