I will share my experience here. I went to state bank which is near by my locality. I came there by 10 am.my brother was not at home so I had to go to do his work. I requested the clerk that I want to get my brother's account no. He replied first you have to get a coupon then only you can enquire.so after 30 min my number came. I went to the concerned counter and asked them to give my brothers account number and so on. He said go to the manager he will provide you the a/c no. I argued with him that I have to come at this counter. Anyway it didn't help. So I waited in the que for 30 min. The manager provided me with the a/c no. I was astonished when I saw the manager was doing clerk's job.hence , it took me around 1.30 - 2 hours just to get an a/c no. One good thing is that it has large no of branches. Atm availability is good.
Phone banking is bad. There is error in the app now and them. Customer care service is poor. I hope this article helps you. Thank you
