THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANDEL THE CUSTOMER.

Recently I vist to our local branch of state bank of india for open a new account. When I enter inside bank there I ask to guard I want to open a account then he told me go to counter number 2. There is a lady on that counter and few persons front to her for there work but she don’t not care and countinous talking to her phone. People wait there for 20 minutes. But she does not care. Not a single question by her to custmers like what you need sir? Or how I can help you sir? Oh I forget they don’t use word sir for their custmers. Because they are on govt job and no matter how they deal with their work because they get their pay on 1st of month without any trouble that was not good!
