State Bank Of India

I have been user of State bank of India from last 2.5 years. and pretty decent experience.

Please note I am Saving Account Holder in SBI so my review is based on it

Things I like:-

1. It is one of the largest government bank in India have pretty great coverage too.

   
   




2. It does have variety of services and helpful too.

   
   




3. Pretty reliable system and secure.

   
   




4. Great online services for online banking and transfer and other transaction benefit.

   
   




5. There is no Minimum limit to keep minimum amount in saving account.( Some bank do charge for that if you do not have Minimum Balance of say 1k or 5k or 10k). Atleast I never face my balance went below 1k for more than a month.

   
   

Things I Don’t like:-

1. long ques in Branch, All aged customer

   
   




2. Staffs are pretty old aged and seems like retired and little slow in work.( Branch Thane)

   
   




3. Computers used in branch seems like 10 years old.

   
   




4. in Branch there is no professional level feeling . but they do the job pretty well.

   
   




5. They do have pretty great support but things is that when you look at atmosphere you wont believe it how they ar managing.

   
   

So to conclude I really like the SBI being government Bank it has much much better service compare to any other government banks in India and have alot benefit like good serivice support, online banking, discounts and debit cards offers. etc overall reliable yet best but with relatively slow staffs.

So my recommendation is everyone should have atleast one account in this bank to get future benefits from government services and government plans.
