It was my father’s account which was in branch 12105 & opened under Jan Dhan Yojna. All of sudden one day they deducted around 5k & on inquiry they told that some amount was credited under a scheme a year back & they same was deducted along with interest. Now on asking to update the passbook, they didnt & just given a handwritten statement with details when the amount was credited to account. Thinking to close all my account with SBI. One of the worst service provider, particularly the employees of the branches.
