Poor Customer Services from SBI Home Loan

Considering it’s India’s largest bank, I have taken Home loan from SBI. Till the home loan was not disbursed, loan executive was in continuous touch & help to solve all type of queries.Once loan was disbursed, no response to queries.


Following challenges am facing & planning to shift my home loan to private sector banks-




  1. I applied for loan online & all processing was done at their RACPC Branch Ghatkopar.




At the time of final disbursement, I came to know that my loan is from Bhandup branch.


I am staying in Thane, they would have given me Thane branch but they didn’t.


Although I have net banking but still for few activities, I need to go Bhandup branch every time at bhandup.This shows, how they take care of customer.




  1. I requested for loan certificate, they provided me hand made certificate. When I got online certificate, I found that hand made certificate have wrong data.




  2. No customer care or customer relation officer contact details are provided to customer.






1st time when I went, some other guy was there. Next time, a new lady.Every time you go, you have to brief everything to new officer.




  1. I put a mail with some queries on 06th May to branch mAnasultanger(sbi.00562@sbi.co.in), I didn’t got any reply.




Forwarded same mail to GM & DGM on 11th may, still no reply received. Friends I suggest, please think twwice before going for any type of service to SBI.
