My take is that these guys are pathetic in terms of response , flexibility and domain expertise .
They Work with standard sarkari formats and are extremely inflexible . Treat societies like builders where most of the undertakings they insist are not give able .
Having singed Agreements to Sale where finances are to be mobilised in short spans mi d way through the documentation they ask for any thing irrelevant which keeps buyers on the tanterhooks .
People flock at SBI due to the very low rates but am sure the customer experience must be very irritating .
Cant they spend a little less on TV ads and more on back office education ????????
