I want to share my true experience with this bank, customer since 2010. One of the Best and largest Financial services, No. of branches across India even have Branches across overseas.
At Israel, they have strong financial state and best bank from any abroad situated there. But by my side, SBI not worth it, in Few month before as they announced new service charges, minimum balance for urban 5000/-, rural- 3000/-.
If we look at fixed amount some person well worth it or somewhere nothing. Like they are taking ATM service charge yearly and I Really Upset from their charges cut for incorrect*(insufficient balance) Amount you put on ATM, for that even they are taking charges. Through this debited 700-1200 approximately, charges - 23.5.

ATM Availability:
SBI ATM services, its average not good why? because no. of time visited ATM to withdrawal, some issues I found, cash is not available, service is not available, only 2000 Note available.!.
Recently Randsomeware virus attacked some ATM’s due to this closed the shutter we suffered. Unsatisfied with ATM service availability and charges. And I compare to other banks, no A.C availability.
Customer Service:
Customer Service of SBI average sometimes customer takes the call or busy. always we have to visit the bank for any issue even there. But still its good bank for Rich peoples those have balance
Internet Banking:
Best service in some categories, its one of them that I personally experienced Internet Banking no one can beat on this. right now easily transfer money from one to another, you can see transaction had done with 3 layers of security as RBI using.
Phone Banking:
I still yet not use Phone banking.
Hope will SBI do some changes to their Charges, looking for changing the bank services.
