Nationalized non customer friendly bank

I started my bank account in SBI a year ago. The process for opening a new bank account was easy and quick. But this quick and easy service then turned to an awful service.


When the minimum balance rule came in, then came the difficulties of losing money. I lost Rs.89 for not keeping minimum balance of Rs. 5000.


The rule of minimum balance when we can open a Zero balance bank account is utter foolishness. The officers are not concerned as they are government employees. Most government offices are alike.
