Sbi is a bank whose employees have no idea about any procedures or proper cost or charges they only know how to guide people from one counter to another.for example I wanted to transfer my account and fixed deposit from ahmedabad branch to mumbai, first I told to get all the original documents like passbook, cheque book and atm card and submit it to the mumbai branch once I got all the relevant documents to mumbai they tell that they also require the cif and account to transffred by filling and submitting the form at ahmedabad when I asked them why they never told me this procudure all they said that they had forgotten to inform me this part for account transfer from ahmedbad to mumbai.
