Well, I been a long time SBT customer with a NRE account and today wanted to transfer some money to my family member for an emergency.It took 15 to 20 minutes to receive OTP password which happened four times! tried to contact their online banking customer care via given telephone number which ended up in automated welcome message, no one ever attended the call.
What kind of service they are offering? Are they serious about the business? or trying to push customers to new gen banks as the KSRTC and other public limited companies doing inKerala?
